| Team
Building & Specialist Courses Team building courses can be tailored to meet the needs of your company, using the outdoors as an excellent medium for isolating the processes of effective teamwork and performance. The centre can also provide a relaxed venue to host conferences/meetings where you can brainstorm a project or work related issue or simply improve the bond within your staff team. As an RYA and BCU recognised centre, we offer courses in Dinghy and Keelboat sailing, Powerboating and Canoeing/kayaking, either in the spectacular Torbay with 20 square miles of sheltered water or on the beautiful River Dart. Finally you may want to celebrate a special occasion in an alternative but memorable way by Abseiling down a 25m cliff or Caving on Dartmoor etc. Simply contact the Centre Manager to discuss your needs. |

| Residential The centre can be booked for week (Mon. to Fri) or weekend (Fri to Sun) residential visits, although the length of stay can vary according to the time of year and other bookings. Groups of up to 72 persons can be accommodated. This would typically comprise of up to 60 children/young people (i.e. 10 activity groups) plus 12 staff. Groups have exclusive use of the centre, unless the groups involved have arranged sharing. Everything you need can be provided including catering and activities leaving you to concentrate on the needs of yourself and your group. |

| Non-Residential If the centre is unavailable on a residential basis and you are staying locally or you simply want to book it for a daytime visit we can provide a fantastic venue for outdoor activities, conferences/meetings or special occasions. Availability depends upon the needs of the resident group if applicable. There are three large rooms plus a seated picnic area outside all of which allow for a wide range of uses. Changing rooms and showers are provided for the use of groups involved in outdoor activities. |

| Welcome Grenville House Outdoor Education Centre provides a spectacular setting for a wide range of experiences and opportunities on either a residential or non-residential basis, throughout the year. Set in a unique waterside location alongside the historic fishing port of Brixham, with outstanding views across Torbay the centre provides a feeling of seclusion whilst being a short walk from the town centre. Our combination of flexibility and focus on customer satisfaction enables us to offer programmes for groups of schoolchildren, youth groups or organisations which are designed to meet both their needs and budget. Adults can also be catered for when availability allows it. The Charity can also offer financial support to assist youth groups who may have difficulty funding their visit. Applications can be made to the Charity Secretary. |
