Indoor
Inside our converted Chapel/Schoolroom there is a Climbing
wall which can accommodate two activity groups, with
up to 6 active climbers and 6 belayers at the same time.
Thus providing a fully active climbing experience available
in any weather and at any time of the year. Heating is
available if required.
Problem Solving is a versatile activity, which
can also take place indoors, using mobile equipment for
a number of challenging team tasks that require a combination
of both mental and physical teamwork.
Although only indoor by default Caving is an excellent
all year round weather independent activity. Using Pridhamsleigh
caverns near Buckfastleigh once inside it does not matter
what is happening above ground as this unique and unforgettable
experience will take your mind back millions of years,
until you return to the surface slightly muddier than
when you went in.
Groups participating in Arts and Crafts, Drama and
Music Workshops can also use the Dining room and common
room, Chapel and Classroom. The Chapel is even large enough
for concerts to be held in.
T.V., Video, OHP, Slide Projector, Flipchart, whiteboard
and chalkboard are also available. |
