Directions from
M5
and into Brixham
From Exeter and the East follow the M5 onto the
A38 then take the A380 through Newton Abbot to
Torquay and along the Hamelin Way (A380) until
it reaches the A3022.
or
From Plymouth and the West follow the A38 and
turn off onto the A385 through Totnes to Paignton.
Just after Collaton St Mary turn right at the
Traffic lights onto the A3022.
Now follow
signs for Brixham. The town centre is signposted
at a set of traffic lights which filter to the
left and at the next set of traffic lights turn
left and stay in the left hand lane to the harbour.
Turn right at the next junction following signs
for the Marina, pass the statue of William of
Orange and keep going for about 300 metres. Upon
reaching the mini roundabout take the first exit
off onto Berry Head Road and Grenville House is
100 metres on the left.
