The Team is comprised of a broad range of people varying in age, experience and personality who combine to provide a friendly and caring environment. Many of our staff employed in full time posts have at least one year's experience at Grenville House, which gives added comfort to Teachers and Group Leaders who are welcomed by familiar faces each time they return with a new group.
We are also assisted by an established core of local Freelance instructors who form an excellent complement to the full time team.
Below is a brief outline of each team member to give you an idea of our make-up.
If you require further details please contact the Centre Manager.

Instructor - Aaron Hunt
Aaron completed a National Diploma in Outdoor Education and then proceeded to gain experience in the Outdoor Sector working for two seasons in a Devon centre. Instructor - Rebecca 'Becky' Gulliver
Becky worked as a Football Development officer in North Yorkshire for 2 years after completing a degree in Physical Activity, Exercise and Health. Her desire to be outside then led her to South Devon in 2007 where she has worked in the Outdoors ever since. She is a keen climber and paddler having gained her UKCC Level 2 coach amongst other NGB awards. More recently she has been focusing on gaining her SPA award. She also loves any kind of cheese except for goats'.
