Our Team

Comprises a broad range of people varying in age, experience and personality who combine to provide a friendly and caring atmosphere. All staff are employed in full time posts, with at least one years' experience at Grenville House, which gives added comfort to Teachers/Leaders who are welcomed by many familiar faces each time they return with a new group.
We are also assisted by an established core of local Freelance instructors who form an excellent complement to the full time team.

Instructor
Ben Reynolds

Ben's love of the Outdoors started back when he became involved with the 3rd Totnes Sea Scouts. Through scouting he completed the Ten Tors event 6 times and participated in a wide range of water based activities including paddlesports and rowing. Upon graduating from University he worked for a local tourism company during which time he visited the Lake district which catalysed his desire to begin his career in the Outdoor Industry. Following a season at a centre in Bude he landed in Brixham allowing him to work near his hometown of Totnes. His love of the Mountains is satisfied by regular trips away.
