From there we will launch the boards and start by getting to grips with paddling in a sheltered setting before we can journey further afield. Our SUP sessions are the perfect activity if you enjoy jumping in and getting wet and as well as games and challenges\, your instructors are there to teach you skills and help you to gain the confidence to be able to stand up. On return to the centre there are external changing rooms with hot showers for your use afterwards.
