Devon and Torbay Councils recognise Grenville House as a leading provider of Outdoor Education in Devon and consequently we are one of only a handful of establishments recommended to Devon and Torbay schools. This significantly reduces the administration required to support a Devon school’s trip supported by the EVOLVE online booking system.
Our aim is to provide the experience that you require – so if we can we will. In order to find out just contact us with your enquiry.

Nestled cosily on the water’s edge, the historic fishing port of Brixham is only a 5 minute walk away along the pedestrianised promenade, with the beach and Breakwater a similar distance in the opposite direction.
A key feature of any stay at Grenville House is the welcoming atmosphere generated by our friendly, approachable staff who do everything possible to make the Centre feel like home. Unless you have chosen to share the Centre, the main building is exclusive to the resident group providing peace of mind for the lead staff.
We accommodate all types of client groups although the majority of groups are year 5 and 6 primary schools. Most choose to follow a full Outdoor Education programme as a vehicle for personal development, which combined with the residential experience creates the perfect base for enhancing life-skills. Whatever you choose to do we will make it safe, positive and most importantly fun.
