We schedule a limited number of dates for each activity on our calendar. Any activity with available booking slots will be highlighted in green in the sidebar to the left. To reserve a spot on one of these scheduled activities, simply click the “Grenville House Adventure Booking” button below.
If this button is not visible, it means we have nothing currently scheduled for this activity and you will see a “Request a Booking” button instead. This will send you to a form where you can let us know which activity and date you are interested in and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Beginning on site, you will be issued with wetsuits, buoyancy aids, and helmets before taking a short walk along the seafront to our coasteering site. We use a couple of different sites depending on the conditions and the ability of the group. After a safety briefing, we will begin by entering the water slowly in order to acclimatise. Sessions then include time playing in the waves, scrambling along rocks and some swimming and jumping in. At lower tides, you can spend some time exploring rock pools and getting up close to some of the marine life such as anemones, crabs, limpets and oysters. On some sessions we can be entertained by seals or maybe even some dolphins. Our sessions are tailored to the groups to make the best use of the weather, tides and location.
