How To Book

We schedule a limited number of dates for each activity on our calendar. Any activity with available booking slots will be highlighted in green in the sidebar to the left. To reserve a spot on one of these scheduled activities, simply click the “Grenville House Adventure Booking” button below.
If this button is not visible, it means we have nothing currently scheduled for this activity and you will see a “Request a Booking” button instead. This will send you to a form where you can let us know which activity and date you are interested in and we will do our best to accommodate you.

What is it?

A great way to experience sailing, in small single handed Picos or larger double handed Visions.

What to expect on an Dinghy Sailing session?

Beginning on site, you will be issued with wetsuits, buoyancy aids and helmets before heading down to our boat store where we will explain how to set up the boats and give you a land-based demo and instructions on how the sails work. It will then be a team effort to push our boats a short distance along the promenade to our own slipway into the harbour. From there we will launch the boats and start by getting towed out of the harbour by our RIB. Your instructors will then get you started with some basic sailing before moving onto more advanced techniques. Our Sailing sessions are tailored to our client’s ability and make best use of the weather conditions.
