Coastal Walks

What is it?

Taking in some of the most beautiful sections of the south west coast path, you will be guided along a walk with information about local flora and fauna and welcomed to take in some of Brixham’s cultural heritage.

What to expect on a Coastal Walking session?

Beginning on site, your instructor will ensure everybody is suitably dressed for the weather before heading out along the harbour promenade. They will tell you about the local history and culture of a working harbour. Journeying along the coast path you can take in the views and wildlife, visit a local beach and explore Brixham’s battery gardens. On the beach there is a mix of activities to take part in; Stone stacking and beach art is good for those with creative minds, games can be played or for some they may enjoy rock pooling or litter picking. Our coastal walks are tailored to the groups needs and can vary in distance and what activities are included.
